Do not call for route service. I had a terrible experience at this shop. The mechanicβs helper seemed inexperienced and didnβt appear to know what he was doing. They didnβt even seem to have the proper tools for the job, which caused unnecessary delays and wasted a lot of my time. To make matters worse, they replaced the wrong part, and later it turned out the actual problem was a completely different part. After everything, I was left with a shocking bill and felt taken advantage of. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop. Be very careful before you call for route service.

Absolutely great service from these folks. Had a blown out steering tire hub. They arrived quickly and the repair was completed while I was asleep in the sleeper cab. He knocked on my door when he was all done and I was ready to roll. I highly recommend them!
